Ashley’s yoga journey began with a class taught by Eoin Finn; she instantly fell in love with yoga. In Winnipeg, she practiced Bikram for over a year as well as other styles and then found Moksha. So inspired by the mindfulness behind the Moksha series, Ashley took her 500 hr Moksha Training in Victoria (2011). She has since expanded her teaching by taking Moksha flow training in Halifax (2011), mindfulness training with Frank Jude (2012), and most recently; Barre training in October (2013).
Ashley is grateful for all of her teachers for their encouragement on her yoga journey. Ashley plans on continuing her education in yoga therapy. Ashley loves both yoga and snowboarding and plans to combine these passions by running retreats focusing on both activities so that they can be enjoyed safely.
Ashley is grateful to be a part of the ever growing yoga sangha, and to all that have inspired her along the way. Ashley loves that yoga can be for everyone, and wishes that everyone finds their happy place in their practice.
