In 2007, Jill walked into her first Moksha class and found both an amazing practice and community that she wanted to be a big part of. She completed her Moksha teacher training in Kerala, India in 2009. She is trained in and enjoys teaching a variety of styles of yoga including Moksha, Moksha Flow, Hatha, Power Flow, Prana Vinyasa Flow and Yin. Jill has completed a Master of Science in Human Nutritional Sciences and currently works in the field of food and nutrition. She promotes a holistic approach to living well and good health, and believes yoga is a way of living, staying grounded, and finding an inner connection in an unpredictable world. Jill loves that yoga is a practice for everyone that leads to personal evolution, no matter what it is that brings you to your yoga mat.
