Victoria Sanders

Victoria completed her Moksha yoga teacher training in 2011. In 2012, she completed her BA at the University of Manitoba where she also played for the Bison’s Women’s soccer team. Currently, she teaches at Moksha Yoga Winnipeg and works at Vita Health Food and Supplement Store. She feels the postures in yoga are unique, special, and can be healthy for the body. Victoria believes the breath and the body are important objects to explore.
