Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude

There is scientific evidence that shows the power of positive thinking helps us to flourish and live longer lives. Research has proven that our thoughts, both positive and negative, can change the shape of our brains and how they work.

We’re big believers in creating positive vibes and wanted to keep that warm fuzzy feeling of gratitude we feel at Thanksgiving going as long as possible.

For 2 weeks, starting on October 12th, our staff and students challenged themselves to think positively everyday, setting an intention of gratitude every time they came to practice.

These grateful words and messages were added to our gratitude wall and ended up creating beautiful installations at both studio locations. It feels like a giant hug of gooey goodness when you walk by these words of gratitude—maybe we’ll keep them up all year!
