Being a previous dancer of 15 years, yoga and barre were different yet very similar challenges to Larissa. She began practicing yoga at the young age of twelve and discovered Moksha in December of 2011. Having not danced for a few years, she struggled with a workout regime that would complement her life. It was when she found yoga (and barre) that her life was once again complete. She became an Energy Exchanger in May 2012 and valued the time spent and relationships developed in the Moksha community. She is yet to complete her 200 hour training in Montreal this coming September. When approached to consider barre training in January 2015, she could not turn it down, as it had become a part of her regular routine. Using her dance training and generous helps from fellow Mokshi’s, she continues to excel and express herself through instructing.
When not at the studio you can find Larissa spending time with her dogs, family and friends, laughing, travelling and enjoying the simple things.
